Khadija Sokhna Neumann

Co-Founder & Co-CEO
  • Khadija Sokhna Neumann is a Senegalese activist, philanthropist, ex-runway model and entrepreneur from M’Bour. She is currently the Founder & CEO of MEANWHILE PRODUCTIONS & SIOUXX, Founder & CEO of DREAM BABY FOUNDATION and Co-Founder & Co-CEO of AFRICAN FASHION UNITED.

  • In 1996, she moved to Europe, starting in Geneva and later Paris, where she met the CEO of Metropolitan Models and became a muse for Yves Saint Laurent.

  • She modeled for top designers like Dior, Ungaro, Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, and Louis Vuitton, and featured in the book “Amazones of Soul” in 2001.

  • Now in Los Angeles, Khadija is an entrepreneur, co-producing the award-winning documentary “American Valhalla” and launching her own fashion line inspired by her African heritage.

  • Ciarra Pardo, Co-Founder and CCO of N4XT Experiences, President of LAFW and BEAUTYDAYS. CEO of Mi Ojo Agency, that is the lead creative strategist to CEO of VF Ventures, covering strategy for Timberland, Vans, the North Face, and the rest of the VF portfolio. She serves as CCO for AFRICAN FASHION UNITED.

  • Former Chief Creative Officer of Fenty Corp., launching all Fenty properties including Fenty Puma, Fenty Beauty, Fenty Fragrance, Savage X Fenty, Fenty X Dior, Fenty X Manolo Blahnik.

  • 20 years experience as Creative Director & Brand Builder for Rihanna, Usher, Shakira, Geffen Records, and Island Def Jam.  Past collaborations with talent and brands such as Jay-Z, Eminem, David Beckham, Snoop Dogg, The Killers, Armani, MAC Cosmetics, Gucci, Cover Girl, Rhapsody, Motorola, Nivea among others.

  • Trained Civil and Constructional Engineer, turned Co-Founder and CEO of N4XT Experiences, the parent company of LAFW, BEAUTYDAYS, N4XT CHATS AND AFRICAN FASHION UNITED.
 
  • Co-Founder and former President of Spring Place, a collaborative workspace and PRIVATE membership club in NY and LA with a strong focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle businesses and executives.
